There is something perfect about the sounds of futuristic drum and bass and its combination with great Manga animation. It just works. Here are two examples I have found recently that I think work brilliantly. Watching a demon get sliced in half by a girl with a samurai sword as a tearing reese baseline kicks in or a robot morphing into shape over some spacey synths... Match made in heaven. Total geek fest. Love it.
